Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Introduction
At Bosseur International, customer satisfaction is our priority.
This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested.
Eligibility Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving their order.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Condition of Items
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Exceptions are made only if an item arrives defective.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes scissors or tools that have been used, undergarments, and clearance or final sale items.
Refund Methods
Refunds can be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Payfast, etc.), store credit, or as per the customer’s choice.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the selected method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
The only exception is when Bosseur ships the wrong product or order. In such cases, Bosseur will cover the return cost.
Exchanges
Customers wishing to exchange items (such as clothing for another size or color) must first return the item at their own expense.
Once the returned product is received and verified, Bosseur will process the new order.
Defective/Damaged Items
Customers must report defective or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof in the form of a detailed video is required, clearly showing the defect.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
