All trademarks, logos, product descriptions, designs, and branding on bosseurpk.com are the exclusive property of Bosseur International.
Our name and logo are trademarked in Pakistan with the IPO (Intellectual Property Organisation of Pakistan) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Bosseur and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.
Parental consent is recommended for customers under the age of 18.
Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and size charts before placing an order. Bosseur provides detailed information to assist in making informed purchases, including size guides for clothing and product specifications (such as left-handed vs. right-handed tools).
Orders placed without due attention to these details will not be considered errors on the part of Bosseur. For example, purchasing the wrong size due to not consulting the size chart, or mistakenly ordering a left-handed scissor when a right-handed version was intended, will not qualify as defective or mis-sold items.
In such cases, returns or exchanges (if applicable) will only be processed in accordance with our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy, and any additional costs such as return shipping will be borne by the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3–7 business days.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect details may lead to failed deliveries or additional costs.
Orders & Payments
We accept Direct Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery, and Payfast payments (including credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Raast, Easypaisa, and JazzCash).
All orders require full payment before processing, except those placed with Cash on Delivery.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. Customers may choose to checkout as guests.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your login details (such as your username and password) safe and confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
Bosseur is not responsible for damages or losses arising from delayed shipments, courier errors, or misuse of products.
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and authentic images, but slight variations may occur.
Variation of Terms
Bosseur is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
Bosseur is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Bosseur and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
